Happy Hearts Today LLC is an Independent Living Skills Day Program that provides:

  • A support atmosphere for adults with developmental disabilities with or without young children.
  • The opportunity to learn and adjust to daily life skills on a consistent basis.
  • Help foster and maintain an independent life style.
  • Provide services that are based on inclusion and normalcy for each client based on their needs.
  • Help build healthy relationships within their communities.
  • Coming Soon –  Happy Hearts Today LLC is in the process of getting Vendorization for Parenting for our ILS clients and their children.  This allow us to provide more value to the communities that we serve and help guide the way for the future.

ILS Training (1 to 1)

Providing one on one living skills training to all adults with developmental disabilities and has an active POS with RCEB. 

ILS w/ Parenting

Providing the same level of services as ILS, but involves consumers with young children that are under 18 yrs of age.

Group Training

Coming Soon.  Group training that focuses on daily living skills and community building.

Consumer Eligibility Criteria

Criteria as of 2024, subject to change
  • An adult 18 years of age or older that has been diagnosed with a developmental disability

A recent or active Purchase of Service (POS) from the Regional Center of the East Bay (or other local Regional Centers)

  • A desire to take advantage of the services of an Independent Living Skills Program (ILS)
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to maintain and perform basic self-care.
  • A desire to build and maintain a healthy and productive household and lifestlye.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to maintain and perform basic self-care.
  • Parents and/or expecting parents must want to maintain and build a nurturing relationship with their children
  • Expected to participate in community based programs.
